Did you know if you only sponsored 5 good people who could duplicate what you did, you would be making a hefty 6 figure monthly income in no time. The key is 5 GOOD people.
The average network marketer recruites just 2.8 persons; therefore, I am not looking for the average person. I am looking for 5 people like myself who are going to be serious and treat what I offer them as a real business.
I don’t sponsor just anyone because I don’t have the time to waist with lazy people who are just looking for a get rich quick scheme. I look for just a few people, who are committed to finding a few good people that they can help.
I am not desperate to sponsor. I am on a mission to find coachable people, who want to build a buisness.
Team members of mine are earning big monthly commissions and they have gotten there using various techniques. Some use the traditional method of talking to people they know, others focus on face to face social networking and still others, like myself , use the internet. It really doesn’t matter IF IT WORKS!
There is one thing that everyone ,who has built a big organization, has in common. They have sponsored a handful of good people.
It usually takes about 5 good people to cause a massive explosion in a network marketing organization.
Therefore, I encourage you to seek Quality and not Quantity, then help those few quality prospects do the same.
I said HELP them!
If one of my new recruits, has demonstrated to me that they are SERIOUS about becoming a true ENTREPRENUER, and they want to build an online marketing system, I will peronally HELP them do it.
I know that learning something new can be frustrating ,even if the instructions sound easy. I have been there, pulling my hair out, asking myself why can’t I get someone on the phone who will walk me throught this.
Therefore, I work very closely with those I sponsor to help them succeed. At the same time, as I help them, I am making sure they are learning well enough so that they will be able to help those who they sponsor.
So, get that thought out of your head that you need to sponsor 50-100+ people. Find 5 good people and help them succeed. Can you handle it?

Great article. People focus too much on numbers, the number of leads generated, the number of sponsors per week or month and it is all just a big trap.
I would rather take my time and find some like minded individuals than generate a ton of leads that do me no good.
Keep up the great posts and I love this layout, it’s clean and well organized.
